O2 release an iPhone app to check your O2 mobile tariff usage

Over a year since the iPhone App Store took the mobile world by storm, O2 the exclusive iPhone contract provider here in the UK have finally announced an app where you can check your monthly usage.  Simply called My O2, the free app displays the amount of calls/ texts used and remaining on your monthly allowance.

A great little app to accompany your iPhone, I’m amazed that it has taken O2 so long to make one.

Download My O2 from the App Store

Point you iPhone at the App Store and search for My O2, or alternatively download from iTunes.

My Allowances

Once installed the first screen gives you a breakdown of your available and used minutes/texts, with a meter telling you when you are running low.  Handily it also tells you when your next monthly billing cycle starts.
